Senior Manager, Program Management - HVAC/R Parts Management

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 814 Respect Dr.

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Manage MRO parts supply chain initiatives for Facility Services, including supplier compliance, contracts, service-level agreements, warehouse inventory, and van stocking strategies.
• Use parts and materials data to forecast spend, assess asset condition, predict required parts, consolidate SKUs, and improve total cost of ownership.
• Resolve parts escalations from field technicians and manage sourcing, supplier updates, order entry, aging purchase orders, and back orders.
• Lead supplier relationship management, including scorecards, onboarding and offboarding, performance improvement, and supplier catalog optimization.
• Partner with Global Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders on sourcing events, technology enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Lead program planning, performance measurement, risk management, executive communication, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• At least 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area; alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing programs, operational processes, stakeholders, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Project Management certification.
