CRM Automation Manager

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows across the customer lifecycle, from registration through churn prevention and reactivation.
• Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Create and manage reactivation campaigns for different customer lifecycle stages.
• Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion and reactivation performance.
• Analyze campaign results, build dashboards, and automate reporting and trigger logic.
• Analyze customer behavior and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and improve CRM performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in CRM automation or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns, including welcome flows, deposit conversion, churn prevention, and reactivation.
• Strong understanding of event-driven logic, customer segmentation, and CRM automation platforms such as Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and practical experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams.
