Location: Belgrade, Serbia; work arrangement: Hybrid; valid working visa for Serbia required

What you will do
- Source, organize, and manage quotations from software publishers and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate ERP data and ensure procurement requests are processed within agreed SLAs.
- Build relationships with publishers, distributors, and external partners, including negotiating commercial terms.
- Research procurement requirements and provide responsive support to customers, sales representatives, partners, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, and customer experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of additional operational responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Foundational experience in software procurement, order management, accounts payable, or a similar operational environment.
- Valid working visa for Serbia.
- Fluent or professional English, French, and Serbian in written and verbal communication.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, research, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.

- Knowledge of Navision.
- Experience with software licensing.
