What you will do
- Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end, from planning and buying through ongoing optimization.
- Steer campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat using the respective business managers.
- Monitor budgets, audiences, ads, campaign structures, and performance development.
- Analyze campaign results, reports, and dashboards to derive recommendations and optimization measures.
- Present paid social strategies, platform developments, best practices, and performance opportunities directly to clients.
- Bring a social-first perspective into overall client strategies and test innovative approaches.
Requirements
- Solid experience in paid social media, ideally on the agency, publisher, or client side.
- Practical experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Snapchat, including campaign steering and analysis.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Structured, self-directed working style with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong client orientation, communication skills, and interest in consulting.
- German and English required.
