What you will do

• Own and execute player protection actions for For Honor, from issue identification through mitigation and validation.
• Coordinate anti-cheat and anti-exploitation measures and verify that fixes are effective.
• Analyze matchmaking abuse, ban evasion, repeat offenses, and other risks to competitive integrity.
• Lead operational responses to toxicity and abusive behavior with moderation and support partners.
• Coordinate incident triage, sanctions, fixes, follow-up actions, and post-incident reviews.
• Track player protection risks and outcomes using live data, dashboards, intervention playbooks, and decision matrices.

Requirements

• Knowledge of online games or live operations involving security, trust and safety, anti-cheat, or moderation.
• Understanding of game security risks, abuse patterns, and exploitation vectors.
• Ability to execute cross-team actions and follow through in live environments.
• Player-centric approach balancing fairness, consistency, and community health.
• Strong written and verbal communication and clear documentation skills.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, and signals to support operational decisions.
