Total Rewards Partner

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home

Salary: €2,700–€3,900 gross per month, plus a monthly allowance and yearly bonus

hirify.global is a global specialty chemicals and performance materials company developing materials for transportation, infrastructure, environmental, and consumer applications.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and administer global compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
• Support benefit renewals, well-being programs, job architecture, salary ranges, job evaluations, and short- and long-term incentive programs.
• Conduct pay equity analysis, salary benchmarking, market reviews, and global compensation survey submissions.
• Evaluate new and existing roles and partner with HR, talent acquisition, line managers, and organizational leaders on compensation recommendations.
• Analyze complex internal and external data, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain HR documentation.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and manage special projects within the total rewards function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
• Experience with benchmarking, compensation analysis, program communication, and salary management.
• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to work with detailed data analysis.
• Familiarity with global HRIS applications.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent English skills and availability for working hours from 9:00 to 17:30.
