Focus on managing implementation milestones, resolving trading and accounting issues, configuring portfolio components, and coordinating client and internal stakeholders.

What you will do
- Manage new client implementations and serve as the primary contact for platform customization, questions and answers, and workflow consulting.
- Map clients’ current and desired business processes to Clearwater software and services.
- Coordinate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams on project progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Support data migration, interfaces, trading workflows, and troubleshooting of profit and loss and accounting issues.
- Configure funds, brokers, trade commissions, market environments, general ledger accounts, and custom position, trade, and accounting reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the hedge fund or asset management industry, including front-, middle-, and back-office workflows.
- 5+ years of relevant experience overall.
- Experience with commercial order management, portfolio management, and investment record-keeping software.
- Thorough knowledge of listed and over-the-counter financial products.
- Project management experience covering milestones, dependencies, and escalation of project risks.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant specialization experience.
Nice to have
- Fintech onboarding or software implementation experience.
