What you will do
- Lead multiple projects and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with global teams, stakeholders, and leadership on objectives, timelines, priorities, and client expectations.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, facilitate status meetings, and manage delivery risks.
- Support the establishment and day-to-day operations of the China office, resolving issues with HR, IT, and facilities.
- Partner with HR and leadership to hire, onboard, build, and mentor a team of approximately 20–25 people.
- Provide leadership updates and continuously improve office processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 9–11 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong experience in project delivery, team building, operational management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Retail CPG and e-commerce businesses.
- Experience managing a portfolio of approximately $3–5 million.
- Background in Qualtrics.
