Technical Business Analyst (Portfolio Management)

Location: Bioggio, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement complex software systems for portfolio management and rebalancing.
• Perform testing activities and support solution releases after development completion.
• Participate in client and prospect workshops, explain product features, evaluate scenarios, and recommend business and IT solutions.
• Manage client relationships through regular communication and business consulting.
• Prepare reports and project documentation covering client requirements, activities, and project status.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT or financial services.
• Business analysis and development experience in portfolio management, with technical exposure to applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Experience working with Agile processes and a commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• ACCP certification and hirify.global parameterization experience in projects, including ABR-S-based customization.
• Experience with portfolio rebalancing and business analysis.
• Exposure to PL/SQL or another programming language, with development and database-querying skills.
