Senior Analysis & Delivery Lead (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, and delivery coordination for execution services and FX workstreams.
• Coordinate the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk to the target Execution Management System and support the future operating model.
• Align Business, Technology, Operations, Avaloq, local Germany platform teams, custody migration activities, and external service providers.
• Act as the subject-matter expert connecting business requirements with technology delivery and solution decisions.
• Coordinate system integration, testing, migration planning, operating-model readiness, and business adoption.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across a business-critical transformation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation initiatives in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong analytical, technical, and business expertise, including the ability to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Experience leading end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations in complex financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of execution services, trading workflows, FX products, custody processes, post-trade operations, and order lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile delivery and traditional waterfall governance on large-scale programmes.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; relevant delivery, business analysis, change management, Agile, or project management certifications are advantageous.
