TL;DR
Quality Automation Engineer (QA Automation): Designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and comprehensive test suites for mission-critical infrastructure platforms with an accent on risk-based testing, CI/CD integration, and cross-system validation. Focus on developing reusable automation, leading integration and user acceptance testing, and improving defect detection across functional, performance, security, and exploratory testing.

What you will do
- Define clear user story acceptance criteria with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Design risk-based test strategies and comprehensive functional, regression, exploratory, and performance test suites.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Integrate automated testing into nightly builds and development CI environments to detect defects early.
- Lead system integration testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.
- Manage defect lifecycles, test artifacts, repositories, and continuous improvements in agile testing practices.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of test automation strategies, risk-based testing, test cases, test plans, and test suites.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API services, including cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive UI testing.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Cypress, SikuliX, or EggPlant.
- Test scripting and automation programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bamboo, and testing in Docker or Kubernetes environments.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust.
- Application and API security testing experience with OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, SAST, DAST, OAuth, or JWT.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or Micro Focus ALM.
- CSTP or CSQA certification.
