What you will do

• Originate and execute fund finance transactions with the Deal Principal and the Luxembourg Fund Finance team.
• Structure and price transactions while coordinathirify.global execution and financhirify.global documentation negotiations.
• Assess credit risk across fund structures, investor bases, and underlyhirify.global portfolios.
• Analyze fund structures and portfolio assets to identify financhirify.global opportunities and develop tailored private-markets solutions.
• Develop sponsor relationships, identify wider bankhirify.global opportunities, and support hirify.global’s Wholesale Bank strategy.
• Contribute to product innovation, includhirify.global NAV financhirify.global, hybrid solutions, and structured lendhirify.global opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Fund Finance or a related private-markets financhirify.global business.
• Strong understandhirify.global of fund structures, financhirify.global solutions, and private-markets transactions.
• Experience reviewhirify.global, negotiathirify.global, or workhirify.global with financhirify.global documentation and market-standard loan agreements.
• Client-fachirify.global relationship management experience with financial sponsors, asset managers, or other private-markets participants.
• Experience workhirify.global in a bank or other non-bank financial institution with strong teamwork and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required; French is considered an asset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LMA documentation and syndicated lendhirify.global processes.
• Experience negotiathirify.global term sheets and financhirify.global documentation with borrowers, lenders, and external counsel.
• NAV finance expertise across secondaries, direct private equity, or private credit.
• Exposure to hedghirify.global instruments, cash management, or depositary services.
• CFA, CAIA, or another relevant professional qualification, plus distribution or syndication experience.
