Customized Portfolio Manager

What you will do

• Manage discretionary portfolios and dedicated funds in line with client profiles, investment strategies, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.
• Monitor discretionary accounts in a MiFID II environment and ensure compliance with investment rules and the approved investment universe.
• Draft investment proposals and contribute to the design and maintenance of model portfolios.
• Source new investment ideas and develop cross-asset solutions for customized portfolios.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reporting, contribute to investment committees, and communicate portfolio strategies and results.
• Support commercial teams through presentations, training sessions, and expertise in asset allocation and multi-asset solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in discretionary portfolio management, including bank mandates, life insurance, or dedicated UCITS/AIF funds.
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset investing and a solid understanding of macroeconomics.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex investment topics and support commercial teams.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Team spirit, autonomy, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate in a complex, fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch, German, and/or Luxembourgish.
• CFA designation.
