Depositary Services Senior Representative (UCITS/AIFMD)

What you will do

• Coordinate and perform depositary services oversight controls under UCITS and AIFMD.
• Assess, analyze, and monitor risks, control issues, fund valuations, shareholder dealing, income and expenses, distributions, corporate actions, and performance fee calculations.
• Develop and execute the Depositary Bank Continuous Oversight & Monitoring Process, including review schedules, thresholds, documentation standards, reporting, and escalation procedures.
• Lead gap analyses, process improvements, business requirements documentation, and implementation of new control solutions.
• Review due diligence and continuous monitoring work, ensure deliverables and fund-specific reviews are completed, and escalate significant issues.
• Prepare documentation for regulators and external auditors and support questions from clients, regulators, auditors, and internal departments.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of depositary or fiduciary oversight functions.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems using effective analytical and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively and overtime when necessary.
