Innovation Initiative Manager (Sports Nutrition)

Location: Hamburg, Germany (hybrid); remote work options are available.

What you will do

• Manage product launches for sports-nutrition categories such as bars, protein powder, and vitamins from idea to market launch.
• Coordinate the Idea-to-Consumer process across concept development, prototyping, testing, production, launch, and post-launch review.
• Own initiative timelines and consolidate input from Product, Brand, Operations, and other functions into reliable plans.
• Track delivery risks, escalate potential delays early, and support timely decision-making.
• Run effective meetings and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion without formal authority over stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project, program, or launch management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from concept through delivery.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management, communication, meeting facilitation, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and take ownership of results.
• Fluent English and German required.
