What you will do
- Provide technical support for customer service orders and resolve complex technical issues.
- Execute NPI (New Product Introduction) tasks and create knowledge-sharing materials.
- Perform data analysis to identify root causes and develop technical solutions for node integration.
- Support customer demo preparation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Deliver intermediate and advanced training to colleagues and customers.
- Mentor new hires and contribute to operational efficiency improvements within the team.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in a technical field.
- Experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute.
- Background in lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology, or defectivity.
- Ability to work onsite in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
