Autonomous Vehicle General Manager (AI)

hirify.global develops operational infrastructure for scaling autonomous vehicle fleets through partnerships with OEMs and autonomous vehicle technology providers.

What you will do

• Lead ride-hailing operations, fleet development and readiness, and the Incident Response Team.
• Own P&L performance, drive cost efficiency, and improve operational profitability.
• Oversee autonomous vehicle fleets, physical depot infrastructure, safety culture, regulatory compliance, and vehicle health.
• Manage AV partners, outsourcing partners, and third-party suppliers, including strategic escalations and commercial performance.
• Implement and improve SOPs using Kaizen principles, while designing KPIs for company-wide performance visibility.
• Use AI and automation to remove operational bottlenecks and build a high-performing operations team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in complex operations, such as EV fleets, logistics, or advanced supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience building high-performing teams and managing third-party commercial relationships.
• Degree in engineering, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving history, and ability to pass the required motor vehicle record review and drug screening.
