Quality Auditor - Jewelry

What you will do

• Conduct 100% inspections of fashion jewelry at supplier sites, covering raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Review pre-production samples and bulk production against approved specifications and quality standards.
• Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions accurately and within required timelines.
• Partner with vendors on corrective and preventive actions, supplier performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Provide technical training to vendor teams on quality standards, testing protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure quality before final shipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in jewelry quality assurance, auditing, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RJC compliance, ISO 9001, and AQL standards is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Chinese language skills.
• Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ.
• RJC compliance experience or certification.
