What you will do

  • Lead the service fulfillment team in maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, warranty support, and technical assistance.
  • Prepare accurate causes-and-solutions reports and provide timely responses to internal and external customers.
  • Train and manage service technicians to execute service agreements and recommend preventive maintenance and additional service options.
  • Build strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction, order, revenue, productivity, and KPI targets.
  • Ensure service integrity, compliance, and adherence to all safety requirements.

Requirements

  • HVAC, thermal systems, and refrigeration background.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.
  • University or college degree.
  • Good English proficiency in all skills.
  • Problem-solving, communication, customer-service, and safety knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to work overtime and travel.
