TL;DR
Contracting Fulfilment Engineer (HVAC): Coordinating HVAC equipment installation and site execution for chiller, airside, and air-conditioning projects with an accent on site readiness, quality control, and HSE compliance. Focus on supporting commissioning, resolving equipment issues, managing defects and punch lists, and monitoring project risks across Vietnam.

Location: On-site five days per week in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, with travel across Vietnam required

What you will do

  • Coordinate and supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors for Applied, Unitary, and Service projects.
  • Liaise with main contractors, M&E contractors, owners, consultants, and internal teams during project execution.
  • Track equipment delivery, site readiness, installation progress, and project milestones.
  • Provide installation guidance and technical coordination for chillers, airside equipment, air conditioners, and other supplied equipment.
  • Support commissioning, testing, equipment troubleshooting, urgent service support, defect resolution, punch-list closure, and warranty follow-up.
  • Monitor progress and risks, attend site meetings, escalate issues, and prepare internal and external progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC project execution, site coordination, equipment installation, or fulfilment.
  • Knowledge of chiller, airside, and HVAC equipment installation and site practices.
  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows, quality control, and site safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, leadership, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred for customer communication.
