Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead medium- to large-scale engineering projects, investigations, and equipment initiatives, often concurrently.
• Develop project execution strategies, procurement plans, schedules, cost controls, and financial targets.
• Design products, processes, equipment, systems, and facilities using advanced engineering concepts.
• Plan and conduct complex experiments, analyze data, assess alternatives, and develop complete solutions.
• Integrate regulatory, operational, customer, and business requirements into engineering decisions.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, mentor engineers, and advise senior management and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience is desired.
• Strong technical knowledge, judgment, analytical ability, and experience solving complex problems with competing factors.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, product development, manufacturing, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated competence with financial systems and fiscal control.
• Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or similar industries is preferred.
