Partner Performance Quality Lead (Trust & Safety)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week. Some travel between the Los Angeles and Mountain View offices is required, with an overall travel expectation of 10–15%.

Salary: $88,000–$198,445 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own quality assurance operations for internal and external partner content review teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between TikTok stakeholders, quality teams, and external vendor leadership.
• Track partner KPIs, site-specific metrics, performance trends, and continuous-improvement milestones.
• Analyze error trends and disconnected data sets to identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Lead weekly calibration sessions and participate in vendor business reviews.
• Maintain performance documentation, manage ad hoc projects, and coordinate multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety operations management and leadership, vendor management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience identifying process and policy gaps, improving operational efficiency, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools using query languages, such as SQL and Tableau.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and G Suite.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose and travel between Los Angeles and Mountain View offices.
