Technician IV, Engineering (Data Management, System Support and Troubleshooting)

Location: Onsite in Biñan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines; shifting work schedule

What you will do

• Maintain dashboards for accurate and timely business reporting.
• Update and sustain SAS and SQL programs used for data processing and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and keep dashboards and alerts current.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, dashboard, and system issues.
• Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineers, process owners, and stakeholders on reporting and monitoring requirements while supporting automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in electronics technology, information technology, computer technology, computer system management, information system management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data processing, dashboard maintenance, reporting, and monitoring processes.
• Ability to analyze data, investigate discrepancies, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
• Open to onsite work in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines and a shifting schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
