Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia, with regular on-site presence at customer locations

What you will do
- Act as a long-term technical partner embedded in a strategic customer’s engineering organization.
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations using ’s platform.
- Own the customer account’s technical success across ’s product portfolio.
- Participate in standups, design reviews, incident response, and other customer engineering rituals.
- Drive adoption of services across security, networking, observability, and developer platforms.
- Surface product gaps and real-world edge cases to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Regular on-site presence at customer locations is required.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Rust, or Golang.
- Experience owning mission-critical services, on-call rotations, incident response, and high-availability architecture.
- Broad technical knowledge across frontend performance, backend development, databases, distributed infrastructure, and systems design.
- Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Nice to have
- Experience building on Workers or the Developer Platform.
- Startup experience or previous customer-facing engineering work inside a partner’s codebase.
- Open-source contributions, technical writing, or industry conference speaking experience.
