Sr. Deployment Strategist, FDE - Communications, Media, Entertainment, & Gaming

Location: United States; customer-facing work onsite is expected often 25–50% of the time, sometimes higher.

Base salary: $219,765–$302,220 USD per year, depending on pay zone, experience, skills, certifications, training, and work location. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and customer executives to discover high-value business problems, quantify value, and define pilots, MVPs, success criteria, and timelines.
• Own product direction for customer engagements, author PRDs, prioritize engineering backlogs, manage scope, and perform hands-on QA.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, design reviews, and agile delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Translate business needs into data, integration, security, operational, and production-readiness requirements.
• Manage launch war rooms, user feedback, troubleshooting, adoption, and resolution of technical or organizational issues.
• Plan maintenance and customer enablement, identify follow-on engagements, and codify reusable solution patterns for Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience delivering complex customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements, or equivalent founder or technical builder experience.
• Experience delivering data, machine learning, or generative AI systems into production and handling integration, operations, and adoption challenges.
• Strong product judgment, executive presence, communication, stakeholder management, and complex agile project delivery skills.
• Fluency in modern data and AI architectures, including cloud platforms, data pipelines, data models, distributed systems, APIs, security, governance, machine learning, and generative AI patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or data language such as Python, Java, or SQL, with the ability to explore data, review code and pipelines, build prototypes, and troubleshoot.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite with customers, often 25–50% of the time or higher.
