Lead Auditor (AI/Data Analytics)

Location: Hybrid position at Pinch A Penny, 6385 150th Ave N., Clearwater, Florida, requiring an average of 3 days per week in the office. The role requires 20–25% travel to domestic and international sales center locations.

What you will do

• Lead and support financial, operational, and Sarbanes-Oxley audits from planning and scoping through execution and reporting.
• Assess financial and operational risks, evaluate key controls, and document process narratives, flowcharts, workpapers, and audit programs.
• Drive internal audit innovation and analytics using Power BI, DataSnipper, GenAI-CoPilot, Alteryx, and related tools.
• Conduct sales center audits, warehouse assessments, special projects, and remediation testing across domestic and international locations.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate business impact and improvement recommendations, and track management action plans.
• Lead, teach, and mentor audit staff while collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certification.
• Understanding of Institute of Internal Auditors standards and GAAP.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably with a Fortune 500 company or professional services firm.
• Experience with GenAI, data analytics, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, DataSnipper, and CoPilot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel 20–25%.
