AVP, Credit Officer-WCF

Location: Remote role associated with Frisco, Texas, United States

Estimated annual salary: $85,000–$110,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Underwrite commercial finance and lease transactions across multiple industries.
• Analyze finance, credit, legal, business, industry, and collateral aspects of prospective customers.
• Interact with customers and capital market partners to support effective transaction underwriting.
• Prepare investment write-ups, periodic reviews, and recommendations addressing risks and mitigants.
• Coordinate documentation, lien perfection, transaction closings, funding, reporting, and customer service with Legal and Operations.
• Conduct annual reviews of existing obligors and assist with semiannual review packages.

Requirements

• Specialized knowledge for resolving non-routine credit and commercial finance problems.
• Ability to apply comprehensive concepts within the credit field and use sound judgment in selecting analytical methods.
• Experience with underwriting, portfolio management, financial statement spreading, and transaction risk analysis.
• Ability to follow established commercial finance policies and procedures.
• Individual contributor working across Credit, Legal, Operations, customers, and capital market partners.
