Performance Controller (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada; onsite position

hirify.global Helicopters Canada operates aerospace manufacturing, aircraft completion, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and spare-parts activities.

What you will do

• Prepare margin analysis reports for aircraft completions, MRO, spare parts, and manufacturing programs.
• Review gross margins, investigate unusual transactions and variances, and correct discrepancies.
• Reconcile work-in-progress and inventory sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts and support stock counts.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, cost accruals, inventory valuations, provisions, and account reconciliations.
• Serve as an SAP FI-CO super user by supporting process improvements, finance testing, system issue resolution, and master-data controls.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, production, material control, programs, and operational management teams to explain financial results and introduce corrective actions.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial-data analysis, reporting, communication, organization, prioritization, and project-management skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and databases.
• Proficiency in SAP and GSuite.
• Ability to manage multiple problems and deliver quality work within tight time frames.
