IT Recruiter (Technology Recruiting)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Global consulting firm with a local Colombian team, working across industries and supporting challenging client projects.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and other positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
• Design sourcing strategies and identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines and professional networks of specialized IT talent.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess experience and motivation, and coordinate the selection process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Background in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting technology and IT profiles.
• Strong end-to-end recruiting, sourcing, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting firms, headhunting, or specialized recruiting companies.
• Understanding of the technology and IT talent market.
