Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: On-site in Seattle, Washington

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice intake and approval through posting and record retention.
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching and resolve pricing, quantity, tax, receipt, and payment discrepancies.
• Partner with General Ledger, Supply Chain, Receiving, Procurement, vendors, and business requestors to resolve exceptions and account issues.
• Execute ACH, wire, and card payments while following approval, segregation-of-duties, bank-change verification, regulatory, and fraud-prevention controls.
• Maintain vendor records, reconcile vendor statements, and respond to vendor and internal inquiries.
• Support month-end close, audits, system testing, process improvements, and other finance projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end accounts payable experience, including experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Tipalti, Ramp, or comparable accounts payable platforms.
• Experience with two-way and three-way invoice matching and the ability to process at least 200 invoices per week accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Availability to work extended hours or weekends when needed to meet critical accounts payable deadlines.
