Senior Manager, DCI Delivery (CoLo) (Data Center Construction)

Location: United States; regular travel across multiple project sites and on-site presence required as needed

Salary: $140,000–$250,000 USD base salary per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Oversee the full construction program across active project sites, including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk.
• Directly supervise General Construction Managers, preconstruction, scheduling, cost management, and EHS functions.
• Own the master program schedule and budget, report performance to leadership, and escalate issues beyond site-level authority.
• Review change orders, claims, and contract modifications, and represent Nscale in OAC meetings and negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-project resources, staffing, vendors, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Develop direct reports and enforce consistent reporting, documentation, safety, and quality standards across sites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years overseeing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial programs.
• Experience managing General Construction Managers, program controls, EHS leadership, and multi-site subcontractor teams.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, budget and cost control, contract administration, and construction documents across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license are required.
• Ability to travel between multiple project sites and work on-site during critical milestones is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or Tier III/IV data center construction programs.
• Familiarity with DCIM systems, raised-floor environments, and critical power or cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting and dashboarding tools.
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent credential.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
