Starlink Global Operations Manager (Country Launch)

Location: Bastrop, Texas, United States; onsite only. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours or weekends is required.

What you will do

• Develop execution plans for market access and rapid growth of Starlink operations.
• Track and report KPIs covering market activation, product accessibility, and operational health.
• Guide planning, resource management, and business model development for Starlink verticals.
• Develop, track, and execute business improvement initiatives with Starlink leadership.
• Lead process and system enhancements that improve cross-functional handoffs, customer experience, and business scalability.
• Partner with internal teams and external resources to support compliance and communicate market requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• At least 1 year of experience based abroad or working with operations outside the United States.
• At least 1 year of analytical experience, including Microsoft Office or Excel modeling.
• Experience handling competing priorities, complex operational initiatives, and independent project management.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization dashboards, or programming languages is preferred.
