Integration Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within Latin America; candidates must be based in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Support the Integration Lead during Visualfabriq implementation and maintenance projects.
• Configure Bifrost integrations and pipelines.
• Gather technical requirements, assess feasibility, and prepare technical specifications and user stories.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Support testing, deployments, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with client IT teams and software developers, escalating architectural decisions and risks when needed.

Requirements

• Experience with Visualfabriq or similar enterprise system integrations.
• Technical understanding of TPM, TPO, and RGM processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring Bifrost integrations or similar pipeline frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, log analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document technical requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English are mandatory; candidates must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Official Visualfabriq certifications.
• Experience with SAP enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce, or related enterprise platforms.
