Senior Manager, Biostatistics (Clinical Research)

Location: Fully remote; can be performed from anywhere. Occasional travel for team meetings or events is expected.

Salary: $133,000–$173,000 annual.

What you will do

• Provide statistical expertise for clinical trials across one or more compounds in development.
• Contribute statistical input to protocols, statistical analysis plans, and other trial documents.
• Support study setup, including randomization, sample size justification, and selection of analysis methods.
• Perform or oversee statistical analyses of clinical trial data and support timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and responses to health authority queries.
• Collaborate with clinical, programming, data management, regulatory, CRO, and internal teams while supporting departmental standards and infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques used in clinical development.
• Advanced statistical expertise applicable to clinical research and familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
