Principal Statistical Programmer (R/SAS)

What you will do

• Develop and validate complex clinical-trial datasets and outputs using SAS and CDISC standards, including ADaM and SDTM.
• Provide technical guidance on statistical methodologies and programming practices for clinical trial projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve programming processes, tools, techniques, and departmental standards.
• Lead programming initiatives and align objectives with broader organizational goals.
• Mentor junior programmers and support the development of programming teams.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality statistical programming deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced English required; CV must be submitted in English.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with R programming and proficiency in SAS.
• At least 2 years of experience with efficacy analysis, ADaM datasets, and TLFs, or at least 4 years of ADaM statistical programming experience in clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of CDISC standards, statistical programming methodologies, problem-solving, project management, and quality practices.
• Ability to lead and manage programming teams, mentor junior programmers, handle confidential information, and communicate technical procedures clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in immunology or neuroscience therapeutic areas.
