Compliance Operations Analyst (Bitcoin)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Support daily compliance, fraud, sanctions, complaints, and dispute operations.
• Analyze client activity data to identify risk trends and operational gaps.
• Improve compliance tools, workflows, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve and automate compliance operations.
• Support investigations, regulatory examinations, audits, and legal or law-enforcement inquiries.
• Conduct client outreach and report compliance trends and progress to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis and risk management.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to make risk-based decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, solve problems, and take ownership.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into clear, actionable operational processes.
