Compliance Analyst (Bitcoin)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is a Bitcoin-focused financial institution building products for buying, selling, securing, and using Bitcoin.

What you will do

• Support the daily operation of compliance, fraud, sanctions, complaints, and dispute programs.
• Analyze client activity data to identify risk trends and operational gaps.
• Improve compliance tools, workflows, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate compliance operations.
• Partner with Client Services and Finance on investigations and risk-based resolutions.
• Conduct client outreach and support regulatory examinations, audits, and legal or law enforcement inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for the remote role.
• Experience with data analysis and risk management.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, initiative, reliability, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into clear operational processes and make risk-based decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Prior compliance experience is not required; interest in Bitcoin and hirify.global’s mission is expected.
