Inside Sales Representative

Location: Onsite in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

What you will do

• Conduct telephone, Microsoft Teams, and video sales calls to grow profitable sales and expand territory penetration.
• Build customer relationships by evaluating account needs, identifying opportunities, negotiating effectively, and securing commitments.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, competitive activity, and relevant industry trends.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure product availability and collaborate with sales colleagues to grow accounts.
• Document account activity in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, consultative selling, business planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of relationships between manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
