Client Portfolio Manager, Multi-Manager Solutions (MMS)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD base pay per year.

What you will do

• Commercialize asset management capabilities across wealth and institutional distribution channels.
• Provide technical support and subject-matter expertise for multi-manager investment strategies.
• Develop thought leadership based on marketplace connectivity, client needs, and industry trends.
• Partner with sales, wealth client group, product management, marketing, legal, and other internal functions.
• Support the development of capabilities that anticipate client trends.
• Attend manager research meetings and maintain current knowledge of research recommendations and reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment-related experience, including multi-manager investing, asset management, or investment analysis.
• Knowledge of investments, financial markets, and the asset management business.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to combine qualitative judgment and quantitative analysis into clear investment recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, judgment, decisiveness, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA Level 1.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for drafting content, summarizing reports, or streamlining workflows.
