New Graduate - Business Rotation Program (Business Analytics/Aerospace): Supporting strategic and financial decision-making across Blue Origin’s business units through four six-month rotations in operations, corporate development, finance, program/project management, and strategy, marketing & sales with an accent on market research, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis. Focus on building performance analytics, evaluating strategic tradeoffs, developing leadership review materials, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities without impacting performance.
Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, refugees, or individuals granted asylum.
Base pay for Washington applicants: $145,188–$203,263.20 per year. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do
- Complete four six-month rotations across operations, corporate development, finance, program/project management, and strategy, marketing & sales.
- Support financial and strategic objectives across business units including New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, In-Space Systems, Advanced Concepts, Enterprise Engineering, and Operations.
- Analyze industry landscapes, competitive dynamics, strategic tradeoffs, and portfolio opportunities.
- Build analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop strategic review materials, reports, cost-benefit justifications, and recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Lead business analytics initiatives and collaborate with departments to collect data and solve ad-hoc business problems.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Quantitative skills, including economic or financial modeling and structured analytical problem-solving.
- Experience with market research, analysis, business intelligence tools, and database software.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of operations management, make-or-buy analysis, or logistics optimization.
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or another highly analytical field.
- Professional leadership or management experience.
- Understanding of the private space industry.
