TL;DR
Senior Manager, GBS - Finance Reporting & Foundations (Finance Reporting and Data Analytics): Leading management reporting, KPI dashboards, data quality, and reporting foundations for a global finance environment with an accent on automation, governance, and executive insights. Focus on coaching the reporting team, standardizing KPI definitions, improving data quality, and partnering with IT and finance leads to resolve source-system issues.

Location: Mexico City, Antara Tower A, 5th Floor, Local Office

What you will do

  • Lead and coach the GCC Management Reporting & Data Foundations team.
  • Deliver management reporting and analytical insights across business units, channels, and product hierarchies.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including executive packages and KPI dashboards.
  • Drive reporting automation and process improvements using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, and AI-enabled analytics.
  • Supervise data quality routines, reconciliations, and master data governance in partnership with IT and source-system owners.
  • Partner with finance leads to align reporting priorities, transition activities into the GCC, and improve the operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or finance transformation.
  • Experience with management reporting, KPI frameworks, or data governance.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, and enterprise ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills are required.
  • Strong project and change management, analytical, numerical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Professional finance designation such as FPAC, CPA, CMA, or CGA.
  • MBA in Accounting or Finance.
