What you will do
- Own revenue, retention, and LTV targets for the VIP team.
- Lead and develop the team through 1:1s, coaching, performance management, hiring, and onboarding.
- Manage a small portfolio of top-tier VIP players and handle critical escalations.
- Grow the VIP base through conversion, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
- Use player and team data to test hypotheses and improve commercial results.
- Own VIP operations, quality standards, coverage, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM, Support, Payments, Anti-Fraud, and Analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a VIP or high-value client team with commercial KPIs.
- Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, motivation, 1:1s, and performance management.
- Proven commercial results expressed through specific KPIs and numbers.
- Hands-on experience managing high-value clients and working as a playing coach.
- Strong understanding of retention, VIP economics, growth, reactivation, and offers or bonuses.
- English: B2+ required.
