Data Analyst (Web3)

Location: Remote or office-based, with flexible working hours. hirify.global has offices in Zagreb, Belgrade, and Novi Sad, plus remote teams across the globe.

What you will do

• Collect and validate data from databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and other sources.
• Build and maintain transformation logic for analysis-ready datasets and contribute to data pipelines.
• Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and user behavior.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that turn findings into actionable insights.
• Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define metrics and shape the product roadmap.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, security, and accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering involving large and varied datasets.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methods.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables, and basic ETL processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance.
• Experience processing blockchain data with tools such as Dune or Solscan.
