What you will do

• Own and maintain strategic intelligence resources, datasets, and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor developments across payments, geopolitics, technology, markets, policy, and competitors.
• Write newsletters, reports, briefings, and insight pieces on payments and localization trends.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards tracking localization and business performance metrics.
• Contribute to strategy development, executive presentations, playbooks, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support team communications, knowledge management, content platforms, and improved ways of working.

Requirements

• English fluency required.
• Fluency in Excel and the ability to translate data into clear, insightful narratives.
• Experience producing concise, structured, high-quality written content such as newsletters, reports, or briefings.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and curiosity about business, payments innovation, and global or regulatory dynamics.
• Ability to build from scratch, execute hands-on work, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working across markets is strongly preferred.
