TL;DR

Analyst I - Doc Monitoring (Data Analysis/IT Operations): Monitoring airline software applications and system alerts around the clock, with an accent on trend analysis, data visualization, and proactive issue detection. Focus on analyzing traffic and user logs, diagnosing basic technical issues, and reporting errors to production and development teams.

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid work arrangement with a rotating afternoon shift and 24/7 operational coverage, including weekends and holidays.

What you will do

Operate as a Digital Operations Center analyst.
Monitor applications, system alerts, and notifications around the clock.
Identify potential issues before they affect end users and follow established response protocols.
Analyze monitoring trends, data traffic, and user logs.
Report errors and analytical findings to production and development teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer-service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and analytical functions.
Fluent English is required; interviews will be conducted in English.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, for 24/7 coverage.

Nice to have

Background in programming or scripting.
Experience with DataDog, Sumo Logic, Power BI, Tableau, or similar monitoring and analytics tools.
Experience in IT support or customer service.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, office productivity tools, remote support tools, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows.
