Windows/Virtualization/ADFS – Associate Manager

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Windows Server platforms, including Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Lead VMware ESXi/vCenter or Hyper-V virtualization environments, including resource optimization, virtual networking, and storage integration.
• Automate patching, provisioning, monitoring, and compliance checks with PowerShell, Ansible, PowerCLI, SCCM, and WSUS.
• Lead disaster recovery failover and failback exercises, while maintaining backup and recovery solutions such as RP4VM and Commvault.
• Implement security baselines, manage vulnerability remediation, and ensure lifecycle compliance with NDMO and NCA standards.
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents, maintain infrastructure documentation, and mentor L1/L2 team members.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Deep experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, SRM, RP4VM, or Hyper-V, including virtual networking and storage mapping.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Ansible, PowerCLI, SCCM, and WSUS.
• Understanding of system hardening, IT service management, compliance frameworks, and hybrid environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of combined Windows Server and virtualization engineering experience.
• VCP or an equivalent Microsoft certification; ITIL Foundation is preferred.
