Sr. Manager, Program Management (Rocket Growth Sales)

What you will do

• Structure and develop seller growth programs, including program content, in line with strategic business objectives.
• Manage program operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Analyze seller profiles, onboarding status, and key performance metrics to inform program design.
• Use strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven insights to build scalable, high-impact programs.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment and accelerate business outcomes through continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, including 5+ years in project or program management.
• Track record of leading complex projects and programs through the full lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and influencing multiple teams and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain or fulfillment functions within e-commerce.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean certification.
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
