Requirements Analyst (LegalTech)

What you will do

• Analyze product functionality, configuration dependencies, documentation, and code-level behavior before development.
• Support Product Managers in refining requirements and preparing development-ready user stories.
• Investigate product dependencies and assess the potential impact of changes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to establish a shared understanding of requirements.
• Bridge Product and Engineering teams and proactively resolve gaps and ambiguities.
• Improve the quality, completeness, and consistency of product documentation and user stories.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Junior Software Engineer interested in Product Management.
• Ability to read and understand code in C#, Java, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture basics, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Ability to investigate dependencies and product impacts.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and MCP-based tools for code and documentation analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
