Compensation Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Office-based environment with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Analyze domestic and international salary surveys and market data to support salary ranges, increases, bonuses, benefits, and total rewards recommendations.
• Administer global bonus, merit, promotion, evaluation, and other compensation processes.
• Maintain HR databases and systems, including employee records, career paths, and pay grade tables.
• Draft and update job descriptions and coordinate reward-related communications.
• Research local employment, compensation, and benefits practices and support compliance reviews.
• Create Power BI dashboards and ad hoc HR reports while advising hiring managers, HR, and management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or data analytics is preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills; Power BI experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
• Ability to manage confidential data and complete detailed, organized work independently.
• Above-average mathematical skills, including calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
