Location: Remote (United States); regular travel to court reporter conventions and industry events is required.
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the embedded marketing lead for the Provider and recruiting teams, aligning campaigns with growth and pipeline goals.
- Run multi-channel recruitment campaigns across email, paid, organic, content, and partnerships.
- Build lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and win-back communications.
- Grow the court reporter community through ambassador programs, peer spotlights, referrals, and loyalty initiatives.
- Represent at conventions and industry events while capturing photo and video content for campaigns.
- Define and report on acquisition and retention funnel KPIs in partnership with Operations.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of marketing experience with hands-on multi-channel campaign work.
- Track record of managing lifecycle campaigns and growth or retention metrics.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong writing skills, audience empathy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with funnel metrics, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration with operations or recruiting teams.
- Comfort with travel to events and on-site content capture is required.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to a supply-side or provider audience.
- Familiarity with legal services or court reporting.
- Experience with community or ambassador programs.
